Love jerkbaits... my brother caught his pb on a jerkbait ( fluke) great time to throw one as well.

He mentioned ross barnett. I live in MS and I will tell you he is right. They will kill a JB. I tend to use colors like citrus shad and table rock though because they stand out a little better in our chocolate milk down here.

Depends on the water temp. When waters in 40’s it tough to get a bait to suspend but I have yet to find a jerk bait that suspends perfectly out of the package.
