A few channels in our community have been receiving copyright strikes and having their accounts removed, because of false claims and outright lies. Tonight, we tell their story and hear directly from them

You know guys... I'm an old dog. Almost 50. So a lot of the stuff I remember probably more vividly because I grew up with it & with me there was more context & it was newer & fresh back then. Like for example Transformers & Gobots were WAY cooler in the 80's than any time period after that. Because thee was more of an empathize on story telling & a motive to create an emotional connection with the buyer than anything else since then. Hasbro knew that they screwed up & tried relaunch the G1 line as the G2 line in the 90's, & even though they were direct reissue using the same molds as the G1, I don't think the quality dipped. Another thing too is I think that the way that people were raised changed, & not for the better. You've got a lot of people that have been babied or given everything growing up, & don't really know what hard work is. So by nature they're not really creative. When growing up I mostly played with Kenner Star Wars, G1 Transformers, & Legos... & I remember there being a certain level of creativity in play when I played with toys when I was a kid (I think that was why He-Man was so popular when he 1st came out because he didn't have that much of a backstory to him. When he had more of a Conan vibe to him he was more popular, but after the cartoon came out, he started loosing popularity), & I don't see that with kids too much anymore. I think that makes a difference because that carries over when these kids grow up & run things.

Here’s my story with Diaper Island: Never heard of him before a month ago when he started popping up on my KZbin Recommended because I was watching more GI Joe Classified figures. I do toy photography on IG under the same name. I watched him, didn’t subscribe but liked the figure talk. I went to search him on IG cause he puts the name on his KZbin but couldn’t find him. Super weird… Turns out he had me blocked. He stole one of my GI Joe toy shots and then blocked me so I wouldn’t see it when he posted. Still blocked to this day, stopped watching him immediately after hearing about Ryan and discovering D.I. is a crook

The original shot I posted was in 2021 and I was only told through a friend in the figure community that he had posted it. i had the same shit on tiktok, some pricks got mad because i talked about how the dragon ball fandom was not super fond of the moro arc and flat out split on grahnola but i called out people being stupid made daima was made instead of super season 2. people can hate daima, its fine but i was more on people ranted about bardocks wish and the subpar black frieza ending and goku giving moro mercy so why the hell would someone that not liked it wanted it animated?

The obvious course of action would be legal. Since Viper Island is causing financial damages due to their copyright theft, it definitely is grounds for a lawsuit. However, he is in Canada so I suppose the lawsuit would need to be filed in Canada. I am not sure about Canadian law however so I am sure he is hoping that will help to deter any legal recourse.

It is concerning and the Toy community should know . That the photo that laser pants wish to get credit for is not his but an illegally obtain photo of a Hasbro copyright item. Laser pants source of photo is not enough to be consider credible photo ownership . Laser pants was butt hurt because Viper Island took advantage of the situation . Laser Pants as well as a few of his minions mentioned Viper island kids and fatherhood and sent over 60 harassing meme to Viper Island , That were creditable by Instagram as enough grounds for account termination. Laser Pants will not mention this and has not been able to overturn his closed account . If you look into Instagram Policies and KZbin , His Meme fall under Cyberbullying/Harassment/Copyright . Before you take sides you should understand what is considered fair use , What is considered as Harassment. Viper Island retaliated when his channel was attacked . 3poa and minions did not expect Viper Island retaliation. So now 3poa and minions are posting video of false information . They will not list the complete info on the strikes only partial pictures they will not list all the memes they sent out because Instagram deleted it with his channel . Now after seeing over 6 channels attacking another KZbinr your viewers can see the biases and inaccurate information being pushed . I want to make it clear you need to give credit where it is due. Taking an illegal photo and making it your own does not make a right. "Cyberbullying is not acceptable" . Stating the Obvious , If you cant see it for its worth you have a bias toward one over the other . Both sides are wrong here. If someone one has not given you credit appropriately reach out and communicate effectively . Also on your content state permissions and rights for distribution . People can assume free use if content has no valid credit. I want to point something out 3poa doxes People and is guilty of cyber bullying. As a matter of fact There is a video that Laser pants removed because the person on the video he spoke about committed suicide due to Online cyber bullying . In that same video he Doxed Super7 Brian Flynn personal work history. Absolute "GARBAGE " Cyber-bullying The use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature. "3poa and minions made several threats/Intimidation remarks and Harassment and in return Viper Island was filing KZbin strikes." Threats A statement of an intention to inflict pain, injury," damage,"or other hostile action on someone in retribution for something done or not done. 1. I never messaged Viper Island, and never tagged him in my IG posts aka memes. I posted 2 memes, not 60. He had me blocked so how did he see them? Hmmmm…. He has never posted any receipts for his claims. I wonder why? Maybe because it never happened? 2. The comic book creator you spoke of was Ed Piskor. We didn’t bully him, we talked about a news story that he was involved in during one short segment on our show. I told the public and proved it by showing receipts that he was abusing the copyright claim system. I have specifically told my audience not to threaten or harass him. 5. Reporting someone for harassment isn’t even in the same arena as false copyright claims. It’s a completely different reporting feature and is a legal claim. To conflate the two is to show your complete lack of understanding and ignorance. 6. I never claimed that Viper Island stole my copyrighted work. Not once. I’ve been clear about the issue being Viper Island abuses the copyright claiming feature on multiple platforms.
