I can't thank you enough!! I have a project where there is a number of strings and I have looked everywhere on the internet for the past 3 days... I was animating the strings frame by frame since I couldn't figure out how to attach them to the point that I want, this is a different approach and it definitely helped me!!!

This is a decent tutorial. With the current version you can skip right to the pick whip and not adjust the end points manually. Also, some talking would go a long way to improve the tutorial.

Is it possible to remove those cubes at end points of rubber band . Please reply . However great video

Yes. The cubes are only there to show what each end point is parented to. You could replace them with nulls if you need the same effect with invisible end points. You could put shape layers or video or images etc. Hope that helps. Have a very Happy New! Year

My Starting and ending point doesn't have the "parent" option. Using Ae CC 2018. Do you know the solution to this?

Did you ALT or Option click on the stop watch for start and end point? That is how you get the position pickwhip.

@@detonator6 if you click on a stop watch it starts keyframing. If you click on it again, it deletes all the keyframe you made. Holding down ALT or Option as you click a stop watch opens the girls to type on an expression or pickwhip certain attributes to a specific part of another layer.
