Sir, your way of explaining logic is the best I have ever seen. I have a question on reversing a string using while loop. Logic is okay. I did the program in code block , it does not reverse the string! 'one' is reversed as 'noe' and "sand" as "asnd", ie. ony the first two characters are interchanged. What could be wrong in my coding?

i have one doubt what if we write 18:50 sf("%d",arr[i]) as arr has base adress so it will move index . What is the need of & operator their.

Its all good, but u did not consider when the user enter less then “size” characters, When user press “enter” it will save into the string and then ‘\0’.. so when you print the string it will go to the next line.. and that not what you want..there is a simple solution for this using lenght variable and a simple IF condition.

Sir you are saying no need to write &operator to read in the string because the string variable contains base address and automatically stores the value. But in the case of arrays, array variable also contains the base address than why are we writing &operator

What i think is....In array, it occupies 2 bytes so we have to pass tha address manually. But for char, of we know tha base address, so it can easily read no need to mention or pass it manually

@@shobanas5032 from my standpoint size doesn't matters at all because in both case we are storing only either it could be 1 or 2 bytes. In array we take a loop to read the number and use & operator to store the value . In the case of char we don't use loop and & operator doesn't matters. In array we know how many elements to read that is why we use loop there. In char we don't know the length that is why the loop doesn't apply. but my question is about both array variable and char variable contains base address than why we are using & operator in array only

i have a question for all what if we input more than 20 character i.e. krishnaprashaadkhandevgon. this name has more than 20 character. when we input more character than the size of array it prints it .WHY?????????? insted it should only print 20 character as array size is 20 only but it prints all character...WHY is that so????
