Very nice videography! Very informative presentation! The video clips are quickly transitioned that viewers wouldn't want to blink! Awesome in all aspect of video presentation. However, the rankings are not based on "apple-to-apple" category. The bakery/bakeshops should have their own rankings, while the restaurants should have been grouped together. Also, I was waiting for my favorite restaurant, the Top-Ho Antigua restaurant, but it wasn't included, but that's totally fine because this video is totally on the vlogger's preference. But overall, you guys did an excellent job. Makes me want to view more of your other videos! BTW I'm from Southern California. We might be neighbors (LOL).

In Masuki, there is a special sauce we usually add to the mami sauce... It's the siopao's sauce aka Hoisin sauce.. Love it... Must try again. When you order the mami in Masuki, they will serve it with a small bowl of the asado sauce. the proper way is to mix the sauce in the mami. add it little by little to suit your taste. Their asado siopao is also one of my go to siopao when i visit Binondo. Overall, this is a great review!

Hi there binondo native..i agree regarding the beef noodles as one of the best..but for masuki i noticed that you werent able to add the sweet sauce to the mami itself thats why it tasted bland..next time try that mami with the sweet sauce and the siomai as well with the sauce

You need to put 'siopao sauce' on every bite of the noodles in masuki and in the soup to make it x2 yummy

Salazar Bakery's Dice hopia is better than the round ones. And then for mooncake, Far Eastern has nicer ones. Holland Hopia spcialty is the Monggo Round hopia, suggested that you eat in at home - heat in a microwave or quickly in an oven for the smooth sweet filling and crunchy layered outer filling. For very good Xiao Long Bao and radish cake, try Golden Fortune. They cook the dimsum freah. Not recommending their noodles though, but the rest are nice.
