Hi Amanda, thanks so much for your feedback! I will take this into account with my next videos. Also, normally I record my videos in my own home where it's very silence, but I was staying with my parents for a while and there is a lot of traffic over there. So the audio indeed was quite different this time. Thank you for your lovely words! X

Hi Sandra, I sprayed the shawl with water and pinned it on a bed. You can also use a large yoga mat if you have one!
