So pretty😊 could you do a video on the actual baking process of cakes? For example, do you bake them all at once in the oven or one at a time? Which recipes do you use? It would be great if you could show something like that please.

Looks amazing!! May I ask do you prefer to use acrylic scrapers over metal ones? Are they more stable to hold straight against the cake because of the the thickness of the acrylic against the cake board?

Hi Rosie, I love the oil based chocolate cakes.. they are so moist. Butter based cake tastes great at room temperature but hardens as we refrigerate it after frosting. Please help me with a go to recepie for oil based moist and light white (Vanilla or other flavour) cake that i can use for my layered cakes.

Please!! Do you know why my frosting leaves lots of little broken bubbles all over the cake? The more i try to smooth it the more they appear 😭😭😭
@Mggrande9986 жыл бұрын
Camillelitta it could be starting to crust if it's American buttercream, or it could just be too grainy. Or you could have mixed it too long and worked too much air into it. Try adding a teaspoon or two of cream at a time till it gets nice and smooth, and also mix with a paddle attachment instead of a balloon whisk to avoid extra air bubbles.

So, wait! You don't chill in between the frosting comb and adding the second color?!?
@Rosiesdessertspot6 жыл бұрын
Hey hun, I don't. I feel like if you were to pop it in the fridge, the buttercream would harden. So if you tried swiping a frosting scraper against already hard buttercream, it could grate against it and become messy. So I just go straight for it, without popping it in the fridge :) Granted with non crusting buttercreams like SMBC it shouldn't be a problem. But I am used to working with crusting buttercreams so I take precautions haha.
