These are the mechanics every Rocket League rank should be able to do! I polled thousands of Rocket League players to get these results and they were shocking. Should a plat really be able to flip reset? Probably not but there's only one way to find out.

Thanks for watching!! Clarifying the skips on GC and Plat: sometimes when we edit videos, we cut out some dead parts which sometimes includes using a skip. But now I see how that could be confusing since it looks like I just randomly took away their skip. I'll make sure to include it in future vids!! :)

@@dtb-Ar i was just assuming the original comment was talking about 2s or 3s so you would have a teammate to stop the ball if someone went for an adb but in 1s that would def be a problem but also this video was showing some crazy mechs that dont happen in 1s so again you assume the context is in a multiplayer setting where having the defense and game sense to stop these mechs and score counter attacks

I finished last season diamond 3 in 2v2. I only just started learning basic airdribbles and absolutely nowhere near flip resetting i mean ive never even tried. In 2v2 people dont really hit those but in 1v1 absolutely, i am plat in 1v1 and ive seen people hit all kinds of clips on me. The difference in the modes is very large, 1v1 feels way harder than 2s

In high d2 and d3 u definitely see flip resets but if ur not high diamond I don’t think they can, I think people forget they talk about the diamond rank as a whole and not just the top end, these are supposed to be shots any rank (1 2 or 3) can hit not just the 2 or 3 part of the rank

Love how all these people that sit in FP all day and play ranked 3 times a month consider themselves the rank they are. The only way the ranking system works is if you play ranked until you bottom out on rank. That is your real rank. No one bottoming out in plat can musty and flip reset. You'd have to have some bad game sense to have those skills and even be stuck in diamond.
