I imagine because this was still within the first year of the show being out; so she(and probably the whole cast) were still getting used to the whole press/promo side of the show. But honestly I don't think she looks nervous here; if I remember correctly they did a bunch of interviews/press this day so i wonder if she was getting tired and just moving her hands to keep herself focused/awake.
