So you don’t have to read this but I just have to vent for a moment.... So I suffer from depression and I’ve been having suicidal thoughts. I have been wondering if I’m gonna survive from this. Then I opened up KZbin and the first video was this song. I’ve always had a theory that KZbin listens to us, so this makes me think it does even more but I’m glad because I needed to know if I was going to live or not. Thank you KZbin recommendations. And if you are suffering from the same things things will get better, it may take a while but you will make it through this. I love you, even if I don’t know you. (p.s. I’ve found hope to live! I’ve been better here recently. I’ve been trying to get rid of the toxic things in my life and it worked. The only thing left that’s stoping me is my father. This song makes me wanna accomplish my dreams. It’s so motivating and it makes me think of being with the people I love doing the thing I love. My dream is to be in a band and have those band mates as my family. This song is basically just telling us to not give up and do things you won’t regret. Go out and accomplish those dreams, keep trying. You’ll get to them one day. NEVER give up. If you want something, you gotta work for it. You can’t get to something if you don’t try.

This is one of the only songs that can make my cry because I know that I haven’t lived, yes I’ve been privileged and done more than most people but when I’ve been traveling and going places I just haven’t felt any sort of happiness or completion from it and it just passes in a blur. It makes me jealous of of people who are happy and carefree because when I try to actually LIVE instead of just survive I’m held back by the stress of what I’ll have to go back to when it’s over. And knowing I’ll never achieve my dreams makes this even worse because I won’t even have a job I like. The only thing I’ve ever wanted to do with my life is be a musician and I though it was just a phase I’d grow out of but I never did and it scares me because I know that’s the only thing I’d ever be happy doing but I CANT because it’s just so unrealistic and impossible and it just makes me frustrated and jealous and I don’t know what to do at this point, I literally cannot find another career I wouldn’t hate. I haven’t lived and I’ll never be able to so this song just hits me knowing I’ll never reach the blissful experience within these lyrics. Thanks for coming to my ted talk.
