More than $100 million was paid to various communications agencies in the form of fees and commissions; In most cases the agencies did little more than hand over the cheques. The sponsorship program was designed to generate commissions for private companies, while hiding the source of the funding, rather than providing any benefit for Canadians.

Ecoute bipbip, Jean Chretien n'etait pas le premier ministre du Quebec mais du Canada, si c'est de cela que tu fais reference. Il devait etre le premier ministre de TOUS les canadiens, Terre Neuve, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Quebec etc....difficile de satisfaire tous, car chaque region a ses revendications propres. Je sais que cela est compliquer pour un nationaliste (nation a lys) a comprendre mais lorsque tu as depasser le stade etroit du nationalisme, que tu vois plus loin que le boutte de ton nez (ou de ta fleur de lys), , eh bien tu comprends ces choses-la, ce qui de toutes evidences n'est pas donner a tous.
