I remember when this first came out, and to this day I still use that little song to keep "its" and "it's" straight.

I have the feeling that if Strong Bad taught most things, they'd be easier to learn, just because they'd be more fun. The problem is, that apart from spelling and grammar, he doesn't seem to know much. Case in point: his intro-mercial on "technology". Still worth showing to kids I"m sure, but not directly informative.

Just because something is produced in America doesn't mean people have to degrade themselves and spell it the way Americans do. For instance, I would not use the American (wrong) way of saying "Centre" if I were to type out "Centres for Disease Control and Prevention".

An update on our local station: They still can't come back from commercials for more than five minutes. The morning news anchor still looks, sounds, and acts like she belongs on a morning show. The sports correspondent is gone thankfully. The consumer editor, economic advisor, and technology correspondent are still the best of the team.

An update on our local station (after 2 years): They still can't come back from commercials for more than five minutes. The morning news anchor still looks, sounds, and acts like she belongs on a morning show. The sports correspondent is obnoxious and ugly, and was even worse looking before they gave him makeup. The consumer editor, economic advisor, and technology correspondent are still the best of the team. The film reviewer and traffic correspondent I complained about are gone, thankfully.
