These core exercises for kids can help them get stronger legs and a super flat tummy in no time!!
We need our legs to move, run and jump, and strengthening them is essential so that we can perform these skilss with ease. We know that the core is the part of the body responsible for balance and stability, so we've devised a routine that will unite these two important parts of the body to help kids have leaner, stronger legs and a strengthened core, so they can perform all their movements with greater ease, safety and balance. This less than 15-minute routine will mobilize more muscles at once, with weight-bearing exercises that target the legs and core muscles. The routine will be done standing and on the mat, and in two sets to increase the effectiveness of all exercises.
