Worst massage ever! Zero technique with zero application to physiology in anyway.. literally a man just half heartedly rubbing another man…. What is this even supposed to be.?? Chinese chi or qi runs through meridian points and channels throughout the body. None of traditional Chinese medical practices were even observed! I’m at a loss.. rubbing an area just increases blood flow. Coupled with the whispered tones.. closer to conman than anything that can even be considered beneficial

Very good pressure point massaging, Tao really had use his breathing skills to make each rub and pressing more precise to have the maximum results, without the breath support this wouldn't be as effective as it should be. That's the art of Chi Kung massage.
