Today little bit stronger ear scratching that I really enjoyed myself so I hope you will enjoy it too!
For more demanding people I created little instructions to help you relax even more!
We will start with USB cable 8liters long and 5lumens thick. If you have it you can plug your audio jack to your iphone7 and then continue to next step. Grab your sock that are still on your feet and make a double knot with triple bread filled with onions from back of fish that you found yesterday under your bed. (there are lot more, just dont look there). now you can pick glass filled with morning batteries and pour it into your cactus that lovely smile at you. Now you have to make simple gigatriplefifthemegasupreme backflip recomended by Ella with landing on your sisters back. If you dont have sister, use neighbor with 835003 hairs. If you are not sure you can count it now. now you should be in the hospital with flat nose. thats good. we are really close to your relaxation. Now it is same as always. stand up and start runing as fast as you can with closed eyes while eating yours cat food with ear under your left foot. if you did this right you should be flying with that unicorn you dress up last time into pajamas. Now tell that unicorn to hit play button and also you can hit like button with your rainbow nose.

What is ASMR?
Exact definition of ASMR is Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) signifies the subjective experience of 'low-grade euphoria' characterized by 'a combination of positive feelings, relaxation, and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin'. It typically begins 'on the scalp' before moving 'down the spine' to the base of the neck, sometimes spreading 'to the back, arms and legs as intensity increases', most commonly triggered by specific acoustic and visual stimuli including the content of some digital videos, and less commonly by intentionalattentional control.
But what it really means?
Well Im sure you saw lot of videos with „ASMR“ in title. There is milions of videos made intentionally to trigger ASMR. It can be anything. Someone likes listening to soft voice, someone like listening to cracking with plastic bags, someone just feel relaxed watching Bob Ross painting, somene like watching as someone making something from wood. If you feel „tingles“ when listening or watching to something we can says It trigger your asmr. There is lot of people that listening to asmr when have anxiety, stressful day or when studying.
Triggers of ASMR
It is really individual for everyone, but there is the most common triggers that can be also found on this channel.
The most common audio triggers are for sure relaxing whispering or soft speaking and tapping. Also very popular is crinkles, water sounds, mouth sounds, inaudible whispering, keyboard typing, page turning and others.
There is also lot of visual triggers that can trigger your asmr.
It can be drawing, painting. Watching someone giving massage or rub someone's back, playing with hair, ears, hands.
You can find lot of roleplays of medical examinations. Ear, eyes, scalp examinations are most common.
Also listening to language that you dont know is great trigger.
So hopefully you find your favorite trigger. :)
