I haven't read enough of the two but for my daily knowledge Hawkeye has more inconsistent feats because of of his arrow that can hurt the elders and phoenix that was awful righting on the other hand Oliver arrows is able to hurt Superman and it make sense because it has kryptonite which make him vulnerable.and Clint h2h with Ronin is the only feats thats make me impressed to back it up.but doesn't change the outcome GA has the upper hand for sure and I know some of the ignorant Hawkeye fanboys would come at me throwing tantrums and bring me some bullshit argument.

Hawkeye is stronger than Green Arrow and has a superior bow. (GA's has a draw weight of 125 pounds while Clint's has a draw weight of 250 pounds). Not to mention that Hawkeye is the better h2h fighter out of the two.
