LN SPOILERS: Julis managed to overpowered Ayato during Lindvolus Semi-Finals and he got defeated. But julis cause julis to exhause her prana even more, but thanks to Fan Xinglou's medicine, she managed to recovered her prana in short time for thr finals, meanwhile with Saya Sasamiya(Ayato's childhood friend), also managed to entered to the Semi-Finals, but only to get defeated by Orphelia in that time.. but saya didn't effected by her poison, she planned to exhaust all of her prana on her final attack before she could collapsed on the ground.

Ayato would be higher than his sister because he has been practicing while she's been in a coma. However, the highest point here would be the lack of putting Saya Sasimiya on this list. In the books and series, they show and explain that her level is equal with Julis Riessfeld.

For me, Kirin Todou has a huge potential to be one of the strongest Swordswoman in the series. I don't know why but for some reason, after losing to Ayato, she got nerfed. Like, somehow she keeps on losing to other Page ones. I get that there are also many people stronger than her. But for someone like her who specializes in speed, and her top class swordsmanship, it just feels off. (Correct me if I'm wrong)

@@Karda_Nava Yes, even more than Ophelia. We find out that Fan Xinglou is so powerful that her true power is like Beerus vs Goku SS3 at the beginning of Dragon Ball Super. The villain scientists created Orphelia in an attempt just to touch the boundary of Fan Xinglou level but still couldn't do it. The plan of the villains is to start a meteor apocalypse that would destroy most the world but should higher the mana level of the world to create new powerful beings that can reach Fan Xinglou level. Fan Xinglou was a human that pretty much reached immortal goddess that was hundreds of years old using Ki before mana and magic was even a thing. Their world had a different power system. Then when Mana meteors fell into this main dimension she decided to reincarnate into the new race of humans that have mana. Then she maxed out her Mana powers and is essentially a goddess in two power systems. She keeps reincarnating herself in order to jumpstart humanity into reaching her realm of existence. Orphelia, the MC, her current top apprentice, and like 3 other people are the only ones who have the ability to break the mana/prana barrier to reach into the first level of realm. She's the equivalent of Beerus hanging around hoping a Super Saiyan God will appear and allow her to have fun. She only exists now to raise immortal Mana/prana or Ki warriors. She's so powerful that even if you gathered up every fighter in the world. She would still win. She even stated those most powerful Lux weapons in the series are just toys to allow the best fighters simulate abilities, powers, and effects she can just do on her own. Because of that, she officially stated she would be hands off with the world and allow mortals to dictate the path of the world. Shes actually on the team with the villains to keep up with their plans but doesn't like their villain ways. They know she imposed rules on herself to not dictate the path of this world so they don't fear her just slaughtering them with a wave of her hand. Her #1 apprentice gave up Lux weapons and tried to mimic her and though it's the proper path, she stated it made him weaker.
