In fairness, part of that is the Death Rite Bird spends most of the Haligtree Knight's fight failing to hit it.

As well Loretta just couldn't escape the ghostflame trails after the big explosion. She went from about 70-80% of her health to dead in 10 seconds.

You missed Bols from cuckoo’s evergaol and Glintstone Dragon Adula. Technically they are also Carian knights serving for Ranni. “Adula, a devourer of sorcerers, was bested by Ranni and subsequently swore a knightly oath to her Dark Moon.”
