@KeezyTwoTimes we can only guess, but considering that DE has been leaning in favor of pseudo AoE mechanics lately it's more likely we will get at least one of those instead. Forced blast procs for example, or ricochet. It's also very likely one of the abilities will have 3 or 4 powers in one, similar to Ivara's quiver. Passive will definitely make him better with sniper rifles, perhaps by adding crit chance similar to arcane avenger or Harrow's 4th ability.
