In the last fight you almost lost due to the dagger. The dagger didn't really help so you can probably just replace the daggers with stone

Good point, very good point. Okay I should think about bag of stones for this build more. That enemy has a lot of spikes! 4x bow could be really good too, 1.6 stamina/sec for 4 weapons would be good

@@BackpackBattles Yeah but it is only the case against large amount of spikes, nothing else. Also it is -EV only in case of large amount of spikes + shield or opponent having worse scaling than you. Best is 4x shortbows/claws for sure and than either 3+1 dagger or if you don't have 3 but only 2 (would be a massive lowroll) than stones with bag. I would grab bag with stones somewhere earlier but than later sell it if there is an opportunity for 4x shortbow/claws. Technically the strongest option would be a Hawaiian Egg under the Goob and 2x Claws over or maybe even 4x Short with Egg out (haven't tested that fully). Egg is stamina free or even can produce stamina while activating your unique and giving tonne of spikes and luck. Much more Lamp procs. This would be hard to setup though way stronger.

Still no update so I guess I will comment ;p Defense is good if you aren't against highroll as defense doesn't scale well with few exceptions like vamp and pyro egg. However it buys you time to ramp up dmg and usually it's easier to get bigger profit from getting some defense rather than trying to absolutely max out offense. Though it is possible to have such defense in the last few rounds that only Mega, Hammer Shaman and possibly DSabers burst in case of no poison resistence can get through. But yeah more reasonable is to invest only partially in defense when investing in offense starts getting quite expensive and has diminishing returns. Playing tank in BB is hard xd Also I beg your pardon but the best item in BB is Pyro Omega. Please don't insult my dude ;p

2x stone helmet for crit + stun resist feels like it could help against Mega, but I think Mega is a bad build anyway. Building for something that is meant to lose/draw (by draw I basically mean coin-toss) until late-game and is weak most of the run feels like a losing strategy. I'm usually happy whenever I get matched against clover, unless it's round 16-18. And then it's a 50/50 if I'm happy, either they hit their 20 luck or they didn't. Shaman does seem really strong, as soon as you can get the luck rolling, that one scares me. DSaber is strong too. The nice thing about the defense strat in my mind is that steel goobert can be a fairly reliable source of scaling. It's not the quickest at anything, but it's a good balanced offense/defense. LOL Cost has to factor in to "best item", it's probably the most important factor, and Pyro Omega costs a lot!! In terms of gold, space to create, time, and shop luck! Me claiming something is the "best item" is wrong too :) round 1 Sale Spear = 3 wins. That's as good as a round 16-18 Mega + 20 luck + hammer + super sword + daggers in terms of raw win potential! That might be the "best item"

@@BackpackBattles Bro I don't know what you are smoking with Mega but at 16 Mega hits 20 already. And Mega with 20 is 95% WR. Yeah Helmets are the best tech if you can outscale/outrace them and Stone is the best of them. However you might not be able to. Mega is pretty busted if you can survive few rounds after getting unique and totally ass if you can't. On avg. however it is the best Ranger unique assuming you can't withdraw after 10. Calling "a bad" the best performing one is a big stretch. Yeah Steel is super nice one as has dual purpose but Chilli in Pyro or Blood in Ranger as well. Nope, best item is a best item :P 'Best' isn't the same as 'having best winrate', it's 'being the strongest in comparison to the others'. Also it really doesn't matter how much Pyro Omega costs :D You can lose against Mega and Hammer Shaman with tons of stun runes. That's it. NOTHING else can take her down no matter how bulshit highroll people got. With a good setup I'm sure it could take down 2x Berk or Reaper Omegas (Ranger hard to say with burst potential). It's really more like 2 Omegas than 1. Fu** round 1 spear. You win first 3 but you lose 3 extra in the survival because how you have setup your early game. And you never know: maybe you would have won at least 2 out of these 3 anyway. Spear for 6 round 1 is DOGSHIT if you 100% go till 18 and it isn't Pyro (it has Molten). Sale one though is good but nothing crazy ;p Hammer on sale turn 1 is crazy though. That one could be argued about, spear definitely not.

@@BackpackBattles The last board in my profile I field against any 2 Berk or Reaper Omegas... and I go for smoke :P 7 second fight, 280 heal+armor/sec and still ramping up. Ramp is blind immune. I'm pretty sure noone is going to beat it till it rotates out from the pool :P Have fun guys! Kinda shame we don't have an option to see how our boards match-up against other people when they queue into them. Would be a great feature and it's possible to implement.
