At the very least it'll have 20% more attack speed 40% more damage 200% more health 20% more movement speed then armor and some other stuff may also increase depending on the mob

You need to run a manual installation, basically manually add all of RLCraft's mods and configs into your normal Minecraft folder (as if it were individual mods and not actually a modpack)
