Awesome session Hafthor, I was watching while doing cardio at home but around the 10 minute mark, I couldn't help it, took my old crowbar + tree trunk plates barbell out and trained some Arms. Closed my new gripper also for reps to end with a great forearm pump as well. Determined to be the strongest I've ever been in my life by August and can't wait to see you do your best at ISM, SMOE and RI. Another vote up for the Sardines challenge, Koma Svo!!! 💪🏻

One thing i've always noticed about Thor's overhead events, he doesn't drive with his legs, ever. he straight up presses it, he needs to get some bounce in that press, the smallest momentum helps. Look at Hooper, he drops like 8 inches when he does his over heads..... can't argue that it seems to be working..... I'm so excited to see Thor come in as a complete package and win again !!

Graham's body is completely different than last year. He's ahead of where he was strength-wise in his prep for the 505kg deadlift, and he's leaner as well. I'm proud of him for perservering despite him going through a lot of life challenges lately. It's a toss-up as to which of Graham or Thor will hit 505kg first. Thor will hit it if he decides to at Strongest Man on Earth, but he has to want to do that. He sounds like he may not try unless pushed.

Thor, can you and Hicksy explain your beliefs in what a strongman contest is? Currently we have one day shows that take three hours. Two shows that have 5 or 6 events over two days. A week long event that is absurd and a two day event that has four events each day over a two day period. With Brian’s show granting the title of Strongest Man on Earth that invites 16 athletes to compete and WSM inviting people from countries to satisfy a TV contract for Brits the WSM show is ridiculous.
