The new lords are from the Warchest expansion pack. You can easily get those lords nowadays by downloading the official free 1.41 patch from the internet and patching your Stronghold Crusader with it.

Firefly Studios couldn't get the voice actors of them for whatever reason. Also, it's not the videos that make them speak, it's separate sound files.

"I win, you lose!" is like the lamest line they could've picked for the Wolf. There's a much better alternative in the game files, "It gives me great pleasure to announce, YOU'RE FINISHED!!" and I would've loved hearing that instead.
