I am not electrician but I deal with a lot of electrical problem when I was a service technician from satellite TV, sometimes reverse hot neutral may not be a problem when plug in to a lamp with 2 prong plug, but when one tv connected to a correctly wired out let and another tv connected to a reversed outlet while 2 TVs are both connected to the same satellite all the wiring may become a short circuit, not sure about Taiwan buy in US neutral is connected to ground at the main panel. I only use non contact voltage sensor, and insulated screw drive and rubber gloves since most of the older house use metal box

Do you mean the "ground" is actually neutral in some TV circuit? In my understanding, the ground/shield of satellite system is always connected to earth. But I am not sure if this is ture for old analog TV.

@@strongpilab no not in the tv circuit, but the main panel busbar is attached to the panel and panel is grounded. Most of the satellite system are required to connect to the main panel or conduit with no more than 10 feet of 10 gauge ground wire

@@commanderq9024 So the wrong wired panel becomes hot wire, it causes electric shock right?
