Always remember the battle is the Lord’s. I saw my husband recently die from cancer and now he feels no more pain, happy with Jesus. I still struggle to know why people say rest in peace? And the dead in Christ will go first in the Rapture? Does your spirit go first? Testimonies from people who died and came back to their bodies. I hope to have someone explain that to me. I was doing fine without Jesus in my life. I was raise in a Buddhist family. I always thought Jesus is for those ppl that have troubles in life. My history is very very similar. My father also before he passed away told my mother and sisters he had an encounter with Jesus. He never told me that and that made me feel sad. I should've asked but I waited for him to tell me, he's gone 3 years now and I am extremely grateful to JESUS, GOD THE FATHER AND THE HOLY SPIRIT for the incredible gift of salvation through the cross! I see thy tears and thy sighs, how thou sayest, ‘How long, Lord?’ Behold, the time is nigh. Get ready to rejoice, My people! The Bridegroom cometh and the wedding supper of the Lamb! Be present before Me at My coming, so shalt thou have nothing to fear. Behold, I catch away My Bride as a thief in the night. No man knoweth when the thief breaks in, and no one knoweth when I come. Be watchful, therefore, lest you be caught unawares. I am coming to reward the living and the dead, to judge them out of the Book which was written since the foundation of the world, after their deeds. The righteous will rejoice and the wicked will howl with anguish. Think not that I am happy about this. I warned the wicked so many times, that they might repent of their deeds, but they repented not. I sent My servants, the holy prophets. They hanged them and beat them and dealt treacherously with them. Should not My anger be stirred at such a people as this? The Gift of Love, they shunned! The most costly price that was ever paid for them, they spit on. What more could I do? Tell Me. Behold, the end of all things is at hand. I am coming, and My reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work shall be. To the counselors of peace is joy. Fear not, My beloved, for thou hast chosen Me as thy Portion. For I am come to try them of the whole earth. If a man will be found pleasing to Me, let him put away the evil from his hands, and do that which I command him. For I am not a man that I should lie, neither the son of man that I should repent. I say unto the wind, ‘Do this’ and it doeth it, and ‘Go there’ and it goeth. Will not you obey My voice? As the tree bendeth in the wind, so bend to the sound of My voice, which is as a waterfall. My voice breaketh the cedars. My voice causeth the hinds to calve. I am strong in power and mighty in battle. Fear not, nor be dismayed at My coming. For I am coming to rescue you from the earth, oh you My people who have chosen that which is good. I have given you My commandments and you have kept My Word. So shall I keep thee from the hour of trial which I bring on the whole earth. Be at My beck and call, so shall I deliver you from the sword, and from the fearsome pestilence. I send out My army of warriors against them of the whole earth, to try their hearts unto Me, if by any means they might return from their deeds and restore that which was lost. I am coming soon to get thee, My beloved! Be not slothful among them that sleep, lest I come and go and thou be left behind. I am as a strong man to run a race and do not tire. So be not slack at My coming, but run to meet Me with open arms! I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, your Savior God. None can deliver his soul or say ‘Stop’ to Me. Where is your brother? But you say, ‘Am I my brother’s keeper?’ as Cain said. Yes, you ARE your brother’s keeper and I will judge you according to his lack. You hid your eyes from him in the day that he cried unto you. You cared not for his soul. So will I dismember you and tear you in pieces before the altars of your gods, which are no gods at all. Let them try to deliver you in the day that I do this. Then you will remember your deeds and be sorry. Then you will weep for all your abominations which you have wrongfully committed. Then will Mine eye pity and I will spare you, as a man spareth His own son which serveth Him. I was born in an Islamic country (as a Christian) but only now I have learnt that it was more of as a cultural identity and we called our-self as Christians but never acted in a way Christ wanted us to be. I had no commitment as I was always told you are born in a 'Christian family' and are so saved. Only two years ago after so many ups and downs in life Jesus came to my life through a painful experience and only then I realized I lived a worse life more than a non-believer person, calling myself Christian and never having any commitment and never even trying to know more about salvation. I think I was living as a wold in sheep's skin. Now after 35 years when I am born again and clearly know my salvation is through Jesus blood, it gives a new meaning to my life and a promise that I am saved and just being born culturally Christian in any home or country wouldn't have saved me. I am finally home.

Remember, before you get baptized, you need to get saved. Did you get saved? Did you place your faith and trust in Jesus to save you? Did you confess your sins to Him and ask Him to forgive all your sins, and to come into your life and save you? My story begins like this, I see the Lord's hand from the time of my conception in my life, My Mom wanted to abort me, I was saved due to the efforts of a Doctor who is a Catholic Nun, All my chilhood memories are flooded with how I searched for God, I was very much involved in all religious activities but I still did not have the real peace in his heart. I often wondered, “After all these religious ceremonies which I am performing every day, am I in right relationship with God? Is he drawing closer to me? My earliest encounter with Christ was big image of the Sacred Heart, I always felt called by Him, During classes and even at break I used to look at Him, the day His eyes met mine, He never left me, I still was a stauch Hindu, I wanted to overcome my karma by performing devotional rituals, but fear of death and reincarnation had overcome me, the words of Christ to Martha has set me free " I am the Ressurection", I followed Jesus right from I was 11, I was hated by my family and relatives for my faith in Him, but the Lord was gracious enough to take me into His fold when I was 16, I was baptized along with my Mom and maternal Grandmother into the Church. Jesus my Savior, my King my all in all changed my life, there is no meaning to life without Him.

Ephesians 2:8 - "...Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" 1 Cor. 15: 3-4 - Jesus died to pay the penalty for our sins and rescue us from eternal death. Because of who Jesus is and what He did on our behalf, all we have to do is believe in Him, trusting in the shedding of His sinless blood as payment for ALL our sins, as well as in His death, burial & resurrection from the dead, and we will be saved! He conquered death to free us from it as well and He will call us up to His side one day in Glory; (John 14:3 ) weather we are living or have passed on and awaiting His call in Heaven. 2 Cor. 5:6-9. - "Because this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins." Mt.26: 28 (See also 1 Cor.11: 25) - "In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;" Ephesians. 1: 7 - Romans 10: "9 If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 13 For whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved." - "Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." Romans 5: 1 - Salvation, forgiveness of sins, is available to anyone who will trust in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. - What does it mean to "PERISH"? (John chap 3: verses 16-17) It means the body of flesh and bones ceases to exist but the soul and spirit of a lost person which was made to last forever continues into eternity in some bodily form, in a conscious state referred to as the "second death", in a place apart from God called "The Lake Of Fire". - Daniel 12:2 " And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt." - Matthew chap 24:verse 46 "And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal." - Revelation 21: "8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whore mongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone: which is the second death"

I am a Combat Veteran who served in Afghanistan as a Combat Line Medic, I was later diagnosed with PTSD with Adjustment Disorder, tried help through the VA and behavior health offered by the Military, no help in fact things just got worse, BUT the story can't end there. One night I went to Church and heard the Word, that night I gave it to the Lord, 1 Peter 5:7. What a difference being " In Christ" makes!! PRAISE HIS NAME!!!--The flash-backs have stopped, the nightmare of combat and waking up scared and confused have stopped, no more hearing the incoming Mortar rounds, I still have the tears for my friends who were killed but being In Christ makes the difference!
