It’s a great way to see how powerful he has become. In SS arc, he used Kurohitsugi without an incantation and it was large but not huge. Against Ichigo, he used Kurohitsugi but with a full incantation this time, and it was pretty huge but Ichigo swatted it away with ease. This time he uses it with no incantation, while sitting in a chair, and it’s enormous - at least 3x the size of the Kurohitsugi used against dangai Ichigo.

Thankfully the next Ep is the same with a technical animation upgrade courtesy of Pierrot Films.

Kuramadani Zennosuke - Afro dude/ Imoyama san according to Ichigo. Mashiro - Vaizard Yasochika - squad 4 (healing 3rd seat) Cool blonde hair dude with the shades. Appeared in season 2 and 3 directing the healing squad to tend to Ichigo and his friends. Tidbits] - In Klub Outside Q&A’s, Kubo revealed that the Auswählen removes power from the oldest & weakest Quincy first, which is why the Bambis & Bazz-B weren't as affected. Additionally, them being young & highly capable is why it only diminished their power but didn't kill them. This is why Ichigo’s mother for example survived it while Uryu’s sickly mother could not. This also explains why Robert (an older Quincy) was very afraid when he wasn’t chosen to go above with Yhwach. - NaNaNa Schrift is “U The Underbelly”, with it he can analyze the Reiatsu of a target over time. This allows him to determine an opponent's spiritual power distribution. He can then imprint his letter onto his target which is called the "Morphine Pattern". This allows him to pinpoint the holes in a target's Reiatsu and attack them, increasing their size until the target's Reiatsu depletes and they are eventually rendered unconscious. It’s certainly powerful given that it worked on Aizen, but as mentioned, Aizen is restrained which is likely the only reason there are holes in his Reiatsu - Sidenote: Fans are jokingly upset that a Yoruichi backshot moment was removed, as was jokes surrounding Orihime’s dress in the episode. - Sidenote 2: Aizen being able to sense Yhwach’s Spiritual Pressure is likely noted to inform us that Aizen is on the same tier as him (As in Transcendent).

Fun fact: Hado 90 kurohitsugi(eng trans: Black coffin) is one of the most powerful offensive kidos in the series, and a signature kido used by Aizen, which essentially creates the effect of a singularity or mini black hole and the immense gravitational pressure caused by one on anything trapped inside it and is basically used to crush anything inside it, That Chair Sama though is definitely sturdy to manage one cast by Aizen
