You have used L/AE as constant . But it is not same for all members. Because diagonal have different value than side So you have to take care of that.

Areas can change. Constant are taken by considering L/A not only L. For ex, if length of one member is 1 and Area is 0.5 then L/A is 2 and other members length is 2 and Area is 1 L/A value is 2. E of the steel material remains constant. Constant value is adjusted over length and Area.
