This video introduces the structural design and thermal performance of the stamped liquid cooling plate in the battery module. By optimizing the liquid cooling plate structure to a center rotary symmetric design, and then conducting thermal simulations to compare the data, we get that the smaller the depth of the flow channel of the liquid cooling plate, the more beneficial to the battery module thermal performance, but too small a depth of the flow channel will not only increase the manufacturing process difficulties, but also cause a significant increase in system energy consumption.
