May tanong sana ako Sir, pag semi-circle yung arc tapos roller at hinge sya, yung angle reaction ng hinge po ba ay 45 degrees from x axis??.

We're not sure about that e, kasi nakadepende po yan sa mga loadings and location ng locations natin na dadalhin ng component ng reaction ng hinge. Since vertical and horizontal yun, possible na hindi magequal, kasi kapag 45 degrees, meaning equal ang Fv at Fh e, e paano kung hindi equal ang loadings na vertical at horizontal, so depende po yun. :)

Hmmm, depende pa rin e. Hehehe kasi imagine mo, semicircle, edi kunwari 2m ang radius? Kapag symmetrical ang loadings, edi ang Av at Cv mo, maghati lang. Tapos kapag nagmoment ka dun sa internal hinge, hindi pa rin equal dun sa Av e...
