Tip for the twelve weapons if you’re still having trouble, I used Raven and just got all daggers, and as far as I can tell the weapons have to all the exactly the same, like all normal daggers or all ebony daggers. Hope this helps.

Good tip. I believe I ended up doing something pretty similar to what you described.
