Second, I doubt King Shark even knows how to throw a boomerang as accurately as that. Third, we all know Boomer would throw anyone under the bus to save his skin, especially from Superman. So, it's safe to say that Boomer threw it and blamed King Shark

Hell, Sefton Hill (if you don’t know who he is, Sefton Hill is the director of the Arkham series) confirmed in a Reddit AMA session that the Nightmare Batman from the secret ending was Bruce.
