Hey yal! Welcome to my channel. My nickname is Fern. I was born in Thailand, left Thailand when I was 7 and grew up in the USA, and now I’m currently living in France. I’m basically a gypsy. I'm a mom of 4; I used to be a real estate agent, then I changed my career path and became a certified personal trainer. I’ve struggled with my weight all of my life. I know how hard it can get. Having success with my own weight loss/ fitness journey I knew I wanted to help others achieve their goals. My channel is based on my personal weight loss/ fitness journey, lifestyle, and some adventures.

Dont be to hard on yourself...We are humans and we get tired we are not robots is ok to be emotional at times. You are doing great. Look at all your accomplishments even if they are taking longer than anticipated you are still getting it done. 👏🤗❤
