I might have cut that extra foam off differently. I always ensure to cut away from the body, and those blades should be segmented and designed to break off as the tip becomes dull. If you're bending that blade, it could easily snap at the segment. This is mostly for those watching this video as a precaution.

Having dealt with problems using flexible vent tubing, your project was bound to have issues (length of run, sags, etc)....as you found out. Using the solid pipe for venting will allow you to also clean out the pipe from moisture and dust collection (when mixed builds up). "Clean outs" helps keep your bathroom smelling better and decrease mildew and other contaminants from building up over time in the pipe. Nice job on the fix.

Water heaters use to be located in garages but no longer due to fuel+ignition source =explosion. I installed a heater that pulls air from outside and has a sealed burner. You could mount your heater up high since gas fumes build up from the ground up which gives you time to vent the fumes out. DO NOT USE HEATER WITHOUT BEING PRESENT. just watching out for all of you.❤

I remember watching a video with a bee expert and he stated that the main reason bees die off and its probably the reason we have a purported honey bee "crisis" in North America is that bee keepers are using cultured bees which did not evolve to survive in the regions that the colonies are being sent to. That obtaining a colony from the wild locally and then allowing that colony to grow while under the protection of beekeepers and therefore spawn other colonies in the wild, since the source colonies are now protected from predators, would solve most of that purported crisis. I don't know how true it is.
@David-xg8lg
@David-xg8lg 24 күн бұрын
Not true. Bees are not native to north America, so technically it is impossible to find bees evolved in the environment. One of the number one reasons bees are dieing off in America is the over use of pesticides and herbicides to increase food production and profits for corporate farms.
@thtadthtshldntbe
@thtadthtshldntbe 24 күн бұрын
@@David-xg8lg there are over 3000 native bees species to north America. And fossilized honey bees have been found in North America that are over 10 million years old Its true that what we currently call honey bees are of the European varieties. However they have escaped to and adapted to the wild. What he was saying is, instead of getting farmed bees which are not adapted locally, find an adopt a local honey bee colony from your area.

It's not because the pressure is higher. It's because Propane has a higher energy content for the same volume. The smaller orifice adjusts the flow in RTU/second, which is the same as Natural gas. Good luck! I thoroughly enjoy your videos and look forward to them each week.

Hi Marty and Jules, we have a bout 1700 different native bees in Australia and there’s only a few that will bite you. They do not sting. I have a nest at my house and they’re very fascinating to watch. They have a morgue in the hive and when the morgue is full of dead bees, the Queen sends all the bees out of the hive and those trade them out and little birds in Australia called Renz They just love them and they come around and eat them was lovely to watch native animals. Anyway keep up the good work enjoy your videos except when you keep mentioning Jules as a man, she’s a woman, not a man
