Ummm why didn't JM throw both of them out for perjury? I believe the defendant's version of events with prostitution thing. She sounded believable to me. Not to mention there are documentaries that affirm that this is how new women are recruited and/or kidnapped into human trafficking. The plaintiff didn't have to add the foster care part. Her story was solid without that lie.
