I seem to go from phase 1 to phase 3. Will incorporate phase 2.

On a hard fast longer passage I seem stuck on phase one.

Then you need more of the tool for phase 1 to fix it which is to simplify. Go slower and in smaller chunks making sure it is really comfortable, confident, and in control. Then you can gradually speed up from there. As you start to hit the speed ceiling where it starts to fall apart then you are ready for phase 2. Don't forget you can still go slower and do smaller chunks as you work on phase 2 and contextual interference as well.
