Brother, one great advice that helped me is to always keep your hands and body busy if you are tempted. Dont just fight it in your mind, as it is a bodily temptation, you will lose in your mind. For example, when you are tempted and have this extreme urge, start doing pushups or whatever kind of sport, go running or do something else with your hands. The temptation will go away after some time and your mind will be at peace again. This helped me whether I was just extremely horny or when I had the urge because I felt lonely, bored or empty. And remember god is watching you and imagine how stupid and weak you look when doing it. I hope this helps somebody... ❤

My technique to counter lust and never betray the lord again is to chant out If you do what is right will you not be notice, but if you do not do what is right. Sins is crouching at your door. It desires to have you, you must master it. Genesis 4:7 Then after that think about how Jesus Christ sacrificed for us during march 28 through march 31. Advice for everyone: Stop trying with your own strength to eliminate lust in your life! Use the strength from the Holy Spirit! I've found that when I listen to the audio Bible on KZbin on a daily basis for at least 20-30 minutes a day that I walk much more in the Spirit and much less in the flesh. As a result I will NOT fulfill the lusts of the flesh. Start applying what the Apostle Paul wrote: *''This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and you shall NOT fulfill the lust of the flesh."* (Galatians 5:16)

The part about loving people like our mother or sister really hit me. I got a thought that I believe was from God that asked me, 'If you loved these women you were watching doing corn, what would you want them to do?' My first thought was that I would want them to stop and turn to Christ, and then I got asked, 'What would your reaction be if you were watching them and they suddenly stopped?' My first reaction would be annoyed that they stopped while I was getting some pleasure, which is how I knew I wasn't loving these people. I've been struggling to free myself from this addiction for the past year, I've really been fighting and praying and abiding in the Lord. Even so, I've failed multiple times - but I won't give up. Everyday I resist I feel a weight lifted. I remember one time when I had failed and gave in to my temptation for the umpteenth time.... I was lusting after this woman and I looked into her eyes and I saw such sadness and grief. I don't know why but seeing the pain in her eyes in this one particular photo really stuck with me. I could tell she was hurting emotionally and spiritually. It made me realize what she was doing, what I was doing, and just how wrong it really was. In that moment I realized how guilty we both were and how this sin was trapping us. A seductive and pleasurable feeling of positive reinforcement lulling us into destruction. Now I can't get the image of her eyes out of my head and so I'm much less inclined to look at all. "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 Ultimately you, I, and everyone alive is a sinner. We cannot be perfect and to believe so is a sin all of itself, perhaps an even greater one. We may struggle but our battle remains, for His Glory and love everlasting. When I look back I used to look at corn daily. DAILY. Now? It's so so much less, and I feel I will one day find victory and rid myself of this vile sin once and for all. Sanctification is a process, let it occur, keep in the Word and abide in the Lord. I love the Lord my God with all my heart and I will never stop fighting until I meet Him with abounding grace. As you fight against sickness with not missing your drugs. You fight this one too.. And you fight to overcome with practical methods.. What are the contents of the things you see? Movies..? Browsing sites? Pictures..? If this things are filthy or contains a touch of filth like immoral scenes, surely you'll be bound by the things you're trying to escape from.. Clear your phones from things like this, stay away from certain kind of movies that can stir up these things, watch what your eyes feeds on, instead spend more time reading your Bible and getting clean.. What of the places you go? Do you go to places where the people around you talk dirty things or do dirty things? Do you have dirty kind of conversations with people? Stop hanging out with those kind of people, stop being in places where you'll be tempted to listen to those kinds of conversation.. Rather, work time more around godly people that their words have been seasoned with salt. Above all.. Have a good relationship with God which comes from having to hear God daily from your Bible and people that preached the true gospel.. Be intentional about getting free.. Remember 1 Thessalonians 5:22 Abstain from every form of evil.

Brother, one great advice that helped me is to always keep your hands and body busy if you are tempted. Dont just fight it in your mind, as it is a bodily temptation, you will lose in your mind. For example, when you are tempted and have this extreme urge, start doing pushups or whatever kind of sport, go running or do something else with your hands. The temptation will go away after some time and your mind will be at peace again. This helped me whether I was just extremely horny or when I had the urge because I felt lonely, bored or empty. And remember god is watching you and imagine how stupid and weak you look when doing it. I hope this helps somebody... ❤

Then you should write! Your positions is hard to deal with because an Idle mind and Idle hands are easily tempted, especially when you are on the internet which is filled with lustful temptations. When you are tempted, go into your notes app, or better a piece of paper and a pen(but that might be not good if somebody sees it) And write anything, your thoughts, your feelings, how much you hate your addiction to lust and how much you want to defeat it, what you wish to do with your life, your homework or your theories about jfk or whatever, you will feel tired at some point and your lust wont be as strong anymore as when you are idle. I don't think you should blame yourself too much. This will only stress yourself and maybe even make you fear a relapse. But I think self awareness and heck even meditation even if it seems boring might be a must. I am not sponsored or anything but try insight timer and see if it helps you if you end up trying. I try to meditate daily now due to my issues among other things. But remember this: Fear makes the urges worse. I can't remember the details but basically fearing it makes your brain confused and sees it as a signal for arousal. It is insane but took me a while to learn.

Somtimes I thought that I would never change and I would just accept going to the lake of fire, other times I thought God would be understanding. When I watched this video, it shocked me. Hearing that the answer to defeating lust wasn't to blame women and degrade them, but to love them more. It's also a lack of admiration and awe of God's creation. When we see a butterfly or flower that we think is so beautiful, what do we do? We make sure to take care of it and not even touch it so that it can stay okay, not rip the butterfly's wings or destroy the flower. If we were to do that with a beautiful butterfly or a flower, how much more so should we do that for women, who are so much more majestic?

My brothers and sisters. I know exactly how you're feeling. I am also fighting with lust. I did pornography for 6 years. It made me miserable. I looked at woman most of the times with lust, i could not get happy any many more things everyone can relate to. I felt that god, even though i confessed my sins and believe in Jesus, that punishment must happen and that i am true l lost. I tried many times to win this war only to lose every single battle. But there's hope. I began praying every day and every night. I started praying for forgiveness and strength. I talked with God about how I fear his judgement and that i am truly lost. But now i pray thankfully, as someone whos saved. And believe me, it works 100%. I would not say that i am free yet, but i can say that i can withstand the lust. I had lost a battle 2 days ago because i was not concentrating and didn't think about consequences. But because of the strength god is giving me i can look up and go on. As Jesus told the woman "go on and sin no more" i will do. Are there any recommendations i can give you? - accept Jesus as your lord and Savior -accept that your sins are forgiven -pray honestly, tell him everything and every sin. Every thought. But do thank Jesus that he freed you. Pray thankfully. The way you pray deeply impacts how you feel about god and yourself. Accept that you sinned and go on. Jesus took the sin away -delete Instagram, Pinterest, tiktok, reddit. (This worked for me because It was to seductive) -if you saved any links, pictures or videos delete them instantly -restrict your browsing with and anti porn program, Browser or even the normal Google 18+ settings -tell a friend you can truly trust about your problem and that you wanna talk with this friend about it. Brother, one great advice that helped me is to always keep your hands and body busy if you are tempted. Dont just fight it in your mind, as it is a bodily temptation, you will lose in your mind. For example, when you are tempted and have this extreme urge, start doing pushups or whatever kind of sport, go running or do something else with your hands. The temptation will go away after some time and your mind will be at peace again. This helped me whether I was just extremely horny or when I had the urge because I felt lonely, bored or empty. And remember god is watching you and imagine how stupid and weak you look when doing it. I hope this helps somebody... ❤
