I'm glad you added the voiceover at the end because the first part was very hard to hear with the tower audio overlapping the narration. Also why is your call sign different than your registration?

6:07. "He's being very neutral on the elevator during the takeoff roll. We don't want to have any back pressure applied yet". That could be a mistake. The POH checklist indicates the pitch should be in a slightly tail low position. This would be the attitude that the test pilots found would result in the shortest takeoff roll. Will the airplane maintain that attitude all by itself just because the trim wheel is on the takeoff mark? Not likely. The trim takeoff mark may be the neutral point only when performing a normal no-flap takeoff. Plus because of many different loading options, and unexpected weather conditions, the pitch may not be or remain in the recommended slightly tail-low position. It is the pilot's responsibility to use pressure as needed on the control wheel to maintain the proper pitch attitude on the takeoff roll.

You should say the runway that you are cleared to takeoff on during your read back for extra redundancy and safety.

Agree. Failure to repeat the runway number, no use of the checklist which includes the flap setting and speeds. Frankly a very poor example.
