What kind of pick do you use?

First time I’ve gotten that question! I use my own custom picks that I got a couple years ago. I ordered 100 and gave half to my friend who plays guitar. I’m on one side and he’s on the other. I’ve been using the same 1 or 2 and have like 45 left. They’re just thick plastic. Like 1.1 mm or so. No textured gripping or anything

I’d try out different thicknesses yourself. Personally, I don’t like thin picks for bass as they bend a lot. That can be useful in achieving a certain tone though. For faster songs I find I like the thicker picks. Try them out and see what you like :)
