That bit on the stock connection is actually a small little screw port for those sling mounts you get for super cheap on Ebay. They just screw in, seems pretty convenient for where you like the slings and I'm sure it'll do well.

You should paint the blaster and body kit to add more orange and you could also cover the screw holes etc. Seems like a project worthy of one of your paint jobs.

I would suggest a straight grip. And I also believe that when you get the top rail, that a sling mount can be screwed into the rail. I could be wrong. Btw that is for all the vids today

Rival Hera Vector kit when?

You need to hot glue the pins for the infill piece at the top, also the grip bit. Those pins work loose. Also the infill bits which take picatinny need Epoxy adding. As they fall out too.

Have you or anyone you know done any experimentation with modifying a 25 round drum to work w the vector magwell? I only ask bc the 25 rounder with a FoamBlast spring is a nasty little thing once cleaned and properly lubed. Might not be ideal to carry more than 1-2 drums.. but would be good for suppressive fire and or your first 25-26 rounds so you wouldn’t have to worry about the length of a stick mag getting in the way. Just curious.

I doubt it. Why bother when it only gains you 3 darts over a 22 and you can easily carry lots of 22's? Alternatively...just don't use the vector kit on your squad support weapon.

That being said...it probably would not be that hard to extend the neck on a 25...it would also increase the ammo cap.

Captain Xavier that was kinda my way of thinking.. just elongate the neck.. don’t have a vector kit yet to take measurements.. but I was mostly curious if anyone had attempted this just yet. Between the capacity of the 25 round drum, the fact it’s slightly shorter when hanging out of the bottom of the blaster, and the bonus that FoamBlast sells replacement springs for these things that work awesomely.. that was mostly my motivation for the inquiry. That and I’m yet to find a high cap magazine for the stryfe that has easily sourced replacement springs should you wear a spring out. Being a firearms guy, you replace a mag spring - not the mag. Ya know?

I haven't seen the remake other than bits and pieces, but the original i have and not so sure. But I do think it's no longer a movie.....it looks like the heavy pistol from the Mass Effect games. Love that series, even one of the other nerf gun mods i've seen looks like the smg Locust from the same game set. more from 2 and 3 though

You're the kind of guy that inspires me. I have a plan to make a shotgun out of the one Nerf blaster that fires the missiles only. I plan to make missile sized shells that fit in the missile holding stock, because it's built in and I'd rather use it that toss it out. If you could build and give a tutorial, I'd go nuts. I'd really appreciate it.

@@CaptainXavier do you know if there is a seller of stock stryfe motors and flywheels? How difficult would it be to have a motor cover that acts like a battery door? I would like an easy way to charge the cage setup for various purposes such as HVZ cage, stock or nerf war. I will have a XT60 on both the cage connection and the battery connection.

in all honesty, i think the stryfe would look best the same colour as the vector kit. Maybe it's just me, but i think the colours just dont go well together. Orange and black look good, but not with like, both having the same amount. its better to have a lot of black and a little orange, or a lot of orange and a little black. Once i got my vector kit from worker i painted it. I guess its all up to you, though.

My only (And I mean only) possible problem with this is that with the new rails, I don’t think I can put on nerf attachments and need airsoft ones.
