Very nicely structured demonstration Antoine, thank you. What a lovely sounding reverb ! Subscribed.🙂

I did similar things not so long ago but now I do it with 2 separate reverbs. The super cool thing is that you can turn each one off and add a different effect to it. In my amp there is also an analog Reverb, but I never use it with an effects box because then you can get really strange effects. Sometimes also very crazy effects. This video is very cleverly made. Thnx.

It's a small thing, but a feature I also missed with the main bigsky, is the ability to have infinite/freeze on one of the reverbs, and not the second, so that your 'dry' signal played over the freeze has its own reverb instead of being unnaturally 100% dry. Used to have a second reverb pedal to do that.

Do you know if this is possible in the MX? This would be awesome.

Thanks Antoine for this great review. Dual reverb has been around from other brands. Source Audio's VENTRIS did this long ago and it sounds great. Most ambient guitarists have already two (or more?) reverbs on their pedal boards anyway. As for the infinite and panning functions, anyone controlling the old Bigsky with MIDI was able to do this already. So, the question is whether the ensemble and harmonics engines are worth the upgrade. If you already have the old Bigsky, I am not sure the upgrade is worth it. If you don't , clearly, the MX is the one to get.

Is there a rate function for the modulation knob?

Wonderimg why you have tthe looper on the top row.?
@AntoineMichaudGuitar6 ай бұрын
To get the shortest cable length overall. But yeah, I could find a way to put it on the first row!

Infinite is on the trend they needs so bad to sell more pedals

It looks like a really cool tool, but also like you need to have a PhD to know how to get the most out of it.

But it sounds better

Your comparing two different pedal makers, the strymon sound is unique way better imo and probably anyone else who could afford it.
