Stu… OLEASE start taking your diabetes seriously. My father in law did what you’re doing and didn’t take his diabetes seriously and ended up on dialysis with kidney failure for 7 yrs and lost both legs and 5 of his 10 fingers, went almost completely blind and died in a wheelchair in 24/7 searing pain. When I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 2 yrs ago, I stopped eating and drinking all sugars, and adopted a ketogenic meat based (low carb diet). My A1C which was over 8 is now normal at 5.2 and I’m off all meds. I highly suggest you watch Dr Ken Berry on KZbin who has over 3 million subscribers and he saved my life. Good luck Stu. I sincerely hope you take this message as serious as a heart attack. 😊
