There will never be another person like Stuart Adamson. A very talented singer and guitarist who in opinion is up there with the greatest. God bless Stuart and thank you for the music.

Having spent most of my working life by myself on the nightshift, Stuart Adamson was an inspiration to me. Just thinking of the person he was, he carried me through the thick and thin. RIP my friend.

its nearly xmas day,wifes at work and i have a few beers to trawl youtube so thought i would go through my teenage years again and i'm sitting with tears in my eyes going through all his stuff . what a talent and what a waste. hes the only "star" that i have actually felt anything for when i heard the news of his passing.looking at all the comments on all his videos i wasn't the only one,such a shame.

I felt like I was loosing it when I got the news. Didn't know if I was going to survive the pain and was hysterical wanting to find a way to turn back time to be there and try to stop him. Sometimes I still have a hard time accepting it. The pain and tear still and always end up flowing whenever I think of him. Even tough it always hurts and always break down crying I'm greatful that his voice and talent are still here for me to listen to.

I'm really sad now. I had no idea he passed. I was just listening to some Big Country and this tribute came up. I still have the first album they made. I'll treasure it now.

Thank you. Whenever I hear his voice have an urge to reach out & pull him back & hold onto him as tight as I can & not let him slip away, as if he's actually still within reach.

Wow , u caught me off guard there , ... I feel the tears welling up...
@Stinkbug743 жыл бұрын
@@robslevin7555 damn, it's been 3 years since I left this comment and yes, tears are flowing. Still love to hear his voice and watch the videos but not once have I been able to without crying and wishing he were still here. I expect it's always going to be that way. I've suffered severe depression since I was a kid and even came too close to checking out a few times myself so I have an idea what he went through. I'm just so sorry he lost the battle but do understand. I'm determined, for my family's sake to stay in life as long as I can. So far holding, just not very steady sometimes.

Beautiful tribute to a truly good and decent human being.And then with the added bonus that we all have of listening to and loving Stuarts beautiful musical creations. So hard to believe it has been 10 years that he has been gone.If anybody deserved a better fate than what they got from life then truly Stuart deserved better.R.I.P.Stuart

He was an amazing and innovative guitarist. I'm sure he influenced Keith Levene mightily, and Keith's one of the best ever. And they both highly influenced The Edge, who's also a fantastic player.

Stuart passed before High Definition photos even existed ! Nothing exists on the internet greater than 72dpi ! He passed before smart phones, before KZbin, when the internet itself was just a collection of hideous HTML pages with Flash elements.
