I came here after Stuart Broad retirement. Its very rare to see an Australian batting line up demolished like that. Its a once in 50 year event or even once in a lifetime event. I envy the lucky people who saw this at the ground live. However I was listening live on TMS and loved Henry Blofelds absolutely hilarious but very passionate cricket commentary when this spell was happening. One of the best passages of cricket ever. I came back to re-watch this the day after Broad announced his retirement. It was as good as every other time I've watched these highlights but I remember watching this live (on TV sadly) and being astonished. My boss at the time was a cricket mad Aussie. He started to get really pissed off with me updating him on the score every time a wicket fell. We were both supposed to be working but we were both more interested in the cricket than work. But English batsmen are more used to those conditions. In Australia, English batsmen struggle with the extra bounce and seam movement and of course Australian batsmen are more used to it... In the sub continent it's the spin etc... One of the great things about the game, is the difference in conditions. Adds variety and is a great leveler. Home advantage is a massive advantage in test cricket mostly, and is part of why test cricket is so interesting. 🏏👍

Smith scored multiple centuries in both England and India consistently, toughest place outside Aus to bat for an Australian. While Williamson has been clueless in both India and Australia.
