I stayed at the Radisson Blu in Liverpool city centre for one night in March 2023. A double room on a single occupancy basis with breakfast cost around £110. The hotel is very centrally located close to Moorfields Merseyrail station, and also the River Mersey / Docks / Isle of Man ferry terminal.
The hotel is a very modern build inside with a light central atrium that shines daylight from the hotel roof to the reception on the ground floor below.
My room (606) was on the 6th floor and had a great view towards the River Mersey. The room was large with a huge super king-sized bed, which was decorated in a very 1970s red and brown theme. The room was very comfortable, it had a large wardrobe, safe, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, luggage store, Samsung flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, comfy chair, desk chair and coffee table. There are UK and European plug sockets but there was no fridge.
The bathroom was nice and large with a toilet, sink and bath, with a shower over the bath-tub.
The restaurant was nice and spacious, the breakfast buffet was superb, and the staff all very friendly. I really enjoyed my short stay at this hotel and would definitely stay here again in future.
