I slowed it down to .25 speed @13:16 and im telling you with 100% absolute certainty that Bradley did NOT pull his foot early. An umpires job at calling close plays is to stare at the players foot and listen for the catch to the pocket and then immediately glance and be sure the ball was caught cleanly. An opposing team should NEVER be able to overturn an umpires call in these situations as long as they are doing it correctly.
