Ragnarok Online had something similar. A Novice class that was supposed to be a placeholder class for the first 10 levels, only enough to get you to your class trainer to unlock your "real" class. They later introduced the Super Novice class, a class you unlock by getting to max level as a Novice and that features all of the skills of the tier 1 classes a Novice could otherwise be promoted to become. A really fun idea!

@@karas2602 Same, tho I watch 1 ep of an anime end decide to continue or drop. I usually check the depths of a website and found some interesting ones such as underrated one: Drifters. Tho these channels are good to find especially if you want some spoil for the start ( I never watch it fully )

In simple words, his hard counter was broken. Meaning he could infinitely advance in the Qi realm. Most, if i remember correctly, would only step into the 6th realm and afvance to the foundation establishment Idk, read the novel several years ago

Also the novel ,manwha and anime have probably many differences. Like the first time "death envoy" came to pick him up.

The OG Manhua is called "My Three Thousand Years To The Sky" and it has a lot of comedy in it. There's a lot of changes compare to the anime but overall it's pretty close to the original manhua's storyline. P/s: I still prefer his OG design tho XD

Have only read the Manhua this is based on ( which is based off of a novel) which had a nice amount of humor to it. To bad to many translated versions are of questionable quality Think it's called "Lian qi Lianle Sanqiannian" or "My Three Thousand Years to the Sky", the Manhua at least; to bad most translations either need work, are covered in watermarks from multiple compilation sites or have mass sections of empty word "balloons". Think the novel is called "I Have Refined Qi For 3000 Years!"

The reasons he can't advance to another realm because his body is full of Vitality instead of Qi that's why he can't advance. but he's already OP because of his physic, his power alone could kill anyone even the Jade Emperor and the Tao is afraid of him
