Ikr, she was just some chick he met in the army, why the hell would he fall in love with her, also this is his best fricking friend. He legit said that it’s hard to find someone who’s had the same life experience as him, but they were both in the army, got turned into super soldiers, frozen for decades, used like a weapon, mentally tortured. Why the hell did he go to marry her!!! I’m so pissed Stucky couldn’t really happen. In Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Bucky better know that something was wrong with Steve and go searching for answers, realize he was one of those green shapeshifter aliens (can’t remember the name) that replaced him before he went back in time, and find him. I’m a Stucky stan and oh my god if this one ship can’t happen I will be so PISSED Sorry that I’m mad but whenever Bucky is hurt I get angry and in this moment Bucky is deprived of Steve which hurts

I’ve got a theory. Steve made the decision to go down in the plane in the first Avenger not only because he knew it was right, but because he couldn’t live without Bucky. He felt pain and suffering from losing Bucky and knew it would only hurt more if he continued without him. Sure it was the right thing to do and Steve knew that, but the fact that he didn’t have Bucky may have been his pushing point. That’s all I have and you probably disagree with me but I still like to think it because I feel it adds to the ship more and I feel really good after thinking about it. Please don’t hate me in comments.

Well it all depends on your point of view. The ship really took off after CA:WS, but there's some very gay moments in CA:TFA. Some of the biggest selling points of this ship for me are the fact that Bucky knows (and loves) Steve for who he really is, knows the real him better than anyone else ever could, they have been BFFs their entire lives, and no matter what, they will always be there for each other.

Personally, I think Bucky has been in love w/ Steve the whole time - as in, since Steve's parents died & Bucky offered to let him stay w/ him. I was HOPING that Steve would eventually realize he was in love w/ Bucky the whole time too, maybe after he watched him turn to dust, but nooooooooo. Marvel really said "Leave the homosexuality in the back." I'm hoping that TFAWS will fix it by having Bucky say that he was in love w/ Steve, or maybe they'll go the Winter Falcon route, but I'll never forgive Endgame for ruining all prospects of Stucky.
