Leboncoin is not the only place to get accommodation in France. That's like looking for a house on Jiji. It's a marketplace and not international student friendly, as it's meant for locals.

Thank you but my question is are they gonna write u will reside in that apartment for at least 3 months on the accomodation certificate since the embassy wants to know that? And is it a safe method meaning doesn't cause any visa denial? Thanks agaim

As far as I know, the embassy doesn’t specify the duration of your rental contract, just that you have secured an accommodation. The certificate gives your details (name, DOB, etc.) and mentions that you have booked an apartment (it also includes the address of the apartment) with the contact details of the owner or agency. That is usually enough.

The average is 100€. Some schools don't charge for applications too.

An agent requested for 500 euro administrative fees for a masters program of 5000 euro for tuition fee. A private uni though.

Application/administrative fees are for the school. Agents fees are not the same, agents can choose to charge whatever they think is worth the time and effort they'll put in.
