First you need to apply to a full-time study program in an educational institution and get accepted. Secondly depending on which kind of study program it is, you need to accept the offered study place and possibly pay the tuition fee for the first semester or year. Thirdly, depending where you're from, you need to apply for a residence permit for studies from the Finnish Immigration Service. There is an application processing fee. Finally, once you have got your residence permit card delivered to you or have got a D visa attached to your passport, then you can enter Finland starting from the day of the permits validity period start. Traveling to Finland, getting accommodation, student union fee, health insurance and other living expenses depend on individual circumstances. But living in Finland is the main cost for most students, and it depends on your lifestyle etc.

Is it advisable to come to Finland to study Finnish language for working life integration and for communication. Its not a degree program ( not vocational or university) like a 10 months course. Its not free though. What are yiur advice, pros and cons. What type of permit will be given to the person.

If your studies will last more than 3 months you will be getting a resident permit. But to be on a safer side i advise you go for a vocational college or university of applied sciences

Apartments almost never have names in Finland. They do have individual unique street addresses. Usually a number is used to give a unique identifier to each apartment in a building. But if there aren't many, letters are often used. Buildings are also numbered but stairwells have different letters. Some buildings have names e.q Mikontalo in Hervanta, Tampere. Student housing companies or foundations have of course names. But these are long and mostly abbreviations are used.
