I love your videos and watch them to motivate myself, sometimes study is hard for me since I struggle with mental health issues, I tend to overthink everything and then become overwhelmed by my own thoughts. You are doing great, just learn how to rest, rest is not only sleeping or scrolling in your phone, rest is taking your time to recover energy to do things. Learning how to rest and give your self time to do it is also being productive, don't be to harsh on yourself just take your time and everything is going to be fine :) I tell you this as a fellow student (and carat) but also as your fan, you can do it 💞
